About NADRA & ECP Project:

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), in collaboration with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), initiated the “I-Voting Solution” for overseas Pakistanis​¹​. A preliminary software was developed by NADRA to extend electronic voting facilities to overseas Pakistanis, and a detailed presentation was given to the Supreme Court of Pakistan, explaining the way forward to empower overseas Pakistanis to cast their votes via the Internet​¹​​².
