Applications are invited for the following posts/vacancies at Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex / KGMC in Hayatabad Peshawar and its constituents. Candidates must possess domicile from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged districts and meet the following advertisement.

Vacancies:

01. Specialist Registrars (Contract)

• Gender: Male/Female
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Number of Posts: 3 for Peads ICU, 2 for Peads

02. Trainee Registrars (Contract)

• Gender: Male/Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Number of Posts: 4 for Peads ICU

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The age of superannuation i.e., 60 years is applicable to all posts as per Government rules.
2. The application form is available on the HMC website at https://hmckp.gov.pk/. Applications must include complete bio-data, academic/experience/domicile certificates, two recent photographs, and a photocopy of the CNIC, all duly attested. Applications should be sent only via registered courier services or the post office to the HR Department, MTI-HMC, within 15 days of this advertisement’s publication.
3. Applicants with distinctions at the university level (not college) must attach authentic documentation or proof with the application form.
4. Applications received after the due date by the courier, even if the bank draft/payment is done within the due date, will not be entertained.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting will be based on written tests, pre-interview marks, or both.
6. Employment will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015, amended from time to time.
7. If the closing date for receipt of application forms falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered as the closing date.
8. Applications submitted after the closing time and date will be rejected.
9. The Scrutiny Committee is authorized to reject incomplete applications. Aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent forum at HMC for review, whose decision will be final.
10. Experience Marks will be awarded only to candidates with relevant subject/field experience, counted after the requisite qualifications for the posts have been met.
11. In case of a large number of applicants, MTI-HMC may conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates. The screening test marks will not carry any weightage but will be used solely to manage the number of candidates for interviews.
12. On detailed scrutiny post-screening test, any candidate found ineligible in any respect under the rules will have their candidature cancelled, regardless of whether they appeared or qualified in the screening test.
13. A candidate may be disqualified from the interview for reasons including, but not limited to, criminal conviction, dismissal from public service, providing false information, suppressing relevant information, attempting to influence the selection process, submitting forged certificates, or tampering with entries in age and academic certificates.
14. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
15. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised posts as per the needs of MTI-HMC.
16. No travel or daily allowance is provided for the test/interview.
