The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence, through the Project Director of its Green-AI Project Management Unit, is inviting applications from Pakistani nationals for contract-based appointments. These positions are for a one-year term, extendable based on performance, and are part of a PSDP project titled “Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Precision Agriculture Systems utilizing Dual-Use Aerospace Technologies – GreenAI” at NASTP, Rawalpindi / Islamabad, under the Ministry of Defence, Pakistan.

The vacancy is for the role of Traffic Control Operator (PPS-6). There are two posts available, and the position is categorized under PPS-6 pay scale.

Disciplines / Qualifications:

• Candidates should be trained traffic control operators with at least 1-year of relevant experience in operations.
• The selected candidates will be responsible for the pilot run of the traffic control center, working under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Their responsibilities will include executing and overseeing test flights to assess the UAV performance, stability, and handling qualities under various conditions.
• They will also be required to create detailed test plans and protocols to evaluate specific aspects of the UAV, such as its maneuverability and payload integration, while performing operational flights.
