Finance Manager (02 Posts)
- Lead or support financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a large tertiary-care teaching hospital.
- Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations, cost controls, and reporting in line with MTI rules and applicable standards.
- Work hands-on with ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Procurement), improve MIS dashboards, and produce timely management reports.
- Partner with clinical, supply chain, and operations teams to strengthen cost efficiency without compromising patient care.
- Prepare for statutory and regulatory audits, respond to observations, and implement corrective actions.
Who succeeds in this role: professionals with QCR-articleship pedigree or solid eight-year hospital/healthcare finance depth, proven ERP fluency, and an eye for data-driven decision making.
Auditor (01 Post)
- Coordinate and respond to external audits (e.g., AG Office, Health Department, Anti-Corruption, NAB and other oversight bodies).
- Manage pre-audit and post-audit activities, compile working papers, maintain audit trails, and shepherd DAC/PAC matters.
- Test internal controls across finance, procurement, inventory, HR/payroll, and revenue cycles; track compliance with MTI rules and hospital SOPs.
- Draft clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations and timelines.
Fit indicators: exposure to public-sector audit frameworks, comfort engaging with regulatory counterparts, and the discipline to maintain comprehensive documentation.
Audit Officer (01 Post)
- Execute risk-based audit assignments, walkthroughs, and control testing under approved annual plans.
- Validate ledger balances, bank reconciliations, supplier/GRN cycles, fixed assets, and patient billing processes.
- Escalate control gaps with evidence, recommend practical remediations, and monitor issue closure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit programs and working-paper standards.
Ideal background: CA Finalist/ACCA/ACMA with ≥4 years of relevant experience and strong risk-based auditing fundamentals.
