Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority Jobs 2025 – Manager (Navigation) & Assistant Manager (Quality Control)
The Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority has opened its 2025 recruitment for two Karachi-based roles—Manager (Navigation) (BPS-18) and Assistant Manager (Quality Control) (BPS-17)—under the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Maritime Affairs. Based at Korangi Fisheries Harbour, Chashma Goth, Rehri, District Malir, Karachi, these are temporary appointments that place qualified professionals at the heart of harbour operations and seafood quality oversight.
The marine post seeks a Master Mariner (FG) with 2 years’ ship experience, or a First Mate with 5 years’ ship experience, or a Lt/Lt Cdr (Navy)—preferably with long “ND”—with 2 years’ experience as Harbour Master/CD NHM, or a Lt/Lt Cdr (Navy) with ship experience; the age cap is 35 years with 1 post available. The quality role requires a B.Sc. in Chemistry/Zoology with 2 years’ relevant experience; candidates with Food Science, Food Technology, or Marine Sciences backgrounds and familiarity with food safety standards will be preferred; the age cap is 30 years with 1 post available. Both positions are stationed within KoFHA’s regulated harbour environment, where navigation safety, berthing coordination, and strict handling protocols directly support Pakistan’s fisheries value chain and export credibility.
