Job Position Details

Detailed Eligibility, Qualification & Experience ✅

• Associate Professor (Medical Lab Technology | BPS-20)
  • Minimum Qualification: PhD in Medical Laboratory/Pathology/Allied Health or closely relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institute (or equivalent).
  • Experience/Publications: As per latest HEC criteria for Associate Professor—evidence of quality teaching, funded research/industry collaboration, and recognized publications.
  • Preferred: Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and supervision of postgraduate theses.
• Assistant Professors (Pathology, Cardiology, Emergency, Cardiac Perfusion, Dental Technology | BPS-19)
  • Minimum Qualification: PhD/MS/MPhil (18 years education) or equivalent in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience: As per HEC/KMU rules. Strong teaching, clinical engagement, and lab/skills-center supervision preferred.
• Lecturers (Multiple Disciplines | BPS-18)
  • Minimum Qualification: BS/BS(Hons)/MS/MPhil (16–18 years education) in the relevant allied health technology from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
  • Desirable: Teaching aptitude, research interest, clinical liaison skills, and hands-on skills lab experience.
• Demonstrators (Equivalent to BPS-17 | Fixed Pay)
  • Minimum Qualification: BS/BS(Hons) (16 years education) in the relevant technology from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
  • Role: Practical demonstrations, skills lab support, OSCE station preparation, academic coordination.
• Technicians (Equivalent to BPS-11 | Fixed Pay)
  • Minimum Qualification: Matric (Science) with at least 2nd Division plus relevant Diploma from a recognized Board/Institute.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitals/skills labs is an advantage.
  • Role: Lab/clinic equipment handling, sterilization, maintenance, record keeping, and technical assistance during practical sessions.

🧾 Equivalency & Recognition: All degrees/diplomas must be from HEC-recognized institutions; equivalence (where applicable) must be provided. Foreign qualifications require HEC equivalence/recognition.
🔐 NOC: Government/semi-government/autonomous organization employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
