✅ Eligibility & Key Requirements

DGM (Sales)

• Education: BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Marine/Naval Architecture), PEC registration mandatory.
• Experience: 10–20 years in sales/business development within engineering; marine/offshore exposure preferred.
• Core Skills: Key account management, tendering, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, pipeline forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, presentation, analytical decision-making, and the ability to coordinate complex bids across technical and commercial teams.

AM (Dock Maintenance)

• Education: BE (Mechanical/Manufacturing), PEC-registered.

• Core Skills: Preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts planning, maintenance KPIs (MTBF/MTTR), safety compliance, root-cause analysis.
