Lady Reading Hospital – Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar, invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis:

1. Medical Officer (General)

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with PMC/PMDC.
  • Valid PMC/PMDC registration.

2. Medical Officer (Emergency)

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with PMC/PMDC.
  • Valid PMC/PMDC registration.
  • Emergency-related qualification or one-year relevant experience in an emergency department in a tertiary care hospital.

3. Medical Officer (ICU/HDIJ)

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with PMC/PMDC.
  • Valid PMC/PMDC registration.
  • ICU/HDIJ-related qualification or one-year relevant experience in ICU/HDIJ in a tertiary care hospital.

4. Medical Officer (Stroke Unit/Neurology)

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with PMC/PMDC.
  • Valid PMC/PMDC registration.
  • Neurology-related qualification or one-year relevant experience in a stroke unit or neurology department in a tertiary care hospital.

5. Anaesthetist

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with PMC/PMDC.
  • DA or MCPS in the relevant field.
  • Valid PMC/PMDC registration.

6. Charge Nurse (Female)

• Qualifications & Experience:
  • B.Sc Nursing (4 years)/Post RN B.Sc Nursing or three years General Nursing Diploma with one year Midwifery.
  • Must be registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.

General Instructions:

3. Candidates should be eligible in all respects, including qualifications and certifications, before the closing date of the advertisement. Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
4. Job applications must be supported by requisite credentials and attested documents. Incomplete or hand-submitted applications will not be entertained.
