Leadership & Student-Facing Services
- Additional Director (HR) / Assistant Director (HR)
Drive end-to-end HR: workforce planning, policy drafting, recruitment cycles, induction/orientation, performance management, capacity building, grievance handling, and compliance with government/HEC rules. Strong HRIS and analytical reporting are key. ✅ - Deputy Director (Registrar Office) / Deputy Registrar
Support statutory bodies, maintain academic records, issue notifications, oversee degree audits, and align with the university’s statutes and examination ordinances. - Deputy Director (Examinations)
Own exam calendars, secrecy protocols, paper setting logistics, duty rosters, result processing, dispute redressal, and digitization. Accuracy, confidentiality, and audit-ready records are central. - Deputy Director (Students Affairs)
Build a vibrant campus life: counseling, clubs and societies, orientation weeks, hostel and transport coordination, student grievance redressal, and scholarship facilitation. Strong interpersonal skills essential.
Technology, Networks & Systems
- Deputy Director (Networks & Systems Administration) and AD (Networks / Systems Administration)
Keep the campus connected: routing/switching, Wi-Fi coverage, firewall policies, identity and access, virtualization, storage, backups, monitoring (NMS), patching, and security hygiene. Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, AD/Exchange/365, VMware/Hyper-V, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS is advantageous. - Assistant Director (Software Development)
