What You’ll Do (Snapshot of Key Responsibilities)

Journey Management (Junior Management)

  • Monitor fleet journeys in real time, enforce safe routing, and intervene on deviations.
  • Run daily journey trackers/dashboards; report violations; coordinate corrective actions with transporters.
  • Lead route optimization, rest-area planning, and turnaround improvements.
  • Manage telematics/trackers, data validations, and vendor SLAs for installation/repairs.
  • Drive safety culture: behavioral coaching, incident analysis, and preventive actions.

Procurement & Services (Junior Management)

  • Execute procurement cycles compliant with PPRA, company policies, and audit controls.
  • Prepare RFPs/RFQs, evaluate technical/commercial bids, negotiate TCO, and issue POs.
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with user departments to ensure on-time, fit-for-purpose deliveries.
  • Recommend cost-savings and process improvements.

In-Charge Warehouse (Middle Management) — Hyderabad Depot

  • Own inventory health (MIS), cycle counts, SLOB control, and stock reconciliations in SAP/ERP.
  • Ensure SOPs, HSE, 5S compliance; supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with OEMs/transporters; manage SRVs/GRNs; lead MHE and facility maintenance.
  • Lead warehouse KPI reviews, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Business Development & Automation (Middle Management)

  • Build market intelligence and new business pipeline; qualify leads and run proposals.
  • Conduct negotiations to closure; design and execute automation & marketing programs.
  • Develop dashboards, campaign analytics, and lead-gen programs; manage partners and channels.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and recurring revenue streams.

I&O Technology (2-Year Contract)

  • IT Core: server/network configuration, performance monitoring, incident resolution, vendor management.
  • SAP Engineering: L1–L2 support, integration, testing, documentation, and deployment assistance.
  • Design/Software: web/app development, APIs, databases (SQL/PLSQL), CI/CD hygiene, and UX delivery.
  • OT: PLC/SCADA/DCS configuration, field instrumentation, commissioning, and change controls.
  • SOC: SIEM monitoring, alert triage, EDR hygiene, vulnerability remediation support, and audit evidence.

Eligibility & Skills

Education ✅

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university; Master’s preferred.
  • Foreign degrees/international exposure are a plus.

Experience ✅

  • Junior Management: 3–4 years overall, preferably in large national/multinational organizations; 1–2 years in a closely related role.
  • Middle Management: 6–8 years overall; 2–6 years of relevant functional leadership.

Tools & Competencies

  • ERP/SAP, MS Office/Excel, dashboards/BI basics.
  • For tech tracks: Linux/Windows, networks, Databases (SQL/PLSQL), web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and at least one backend (Python/Java/.NET/Node).
