Intent-driven FAQs — practical applicant questions ✅

  1. Can I apply if I’m working in a different industry (e.g., FMCG, automotive)?
Yes. Experience in FMCG, automotive, chemicals, lubricants or industrial B2B channels is relevant. Emphasise transferrable skills — pricing, category management, warehouse operations or product launches.
  2. Is an MBA mandatory for the Portfolio & Pricing or Product Development roles?
An MBA is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong commercial experience, product management track record or technical qualifications (engineering/chemistry) will be considered.

SAP or any ERP experience is highly desirable. If you don’t have SAP but have strong warehouse operations and inventory control experience, mention specific tools/systems you’ve used.
  4. What should I include in the cover letter for the ESG role?
Briefly describe one project or initiative where you collected ESG data, improved a sustainability KPI, or built reporting processes — include the scale and measurable outcome.
  5. Is the Sales (South) role field-based?
Yes — the Sales Executive will operate in the South region and must be comfortable with regular field visits and distributor/retailer engagement.
