Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO), a newly established public sector power distribution company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, has announced fresh HAZECO jobs 2025 on a contract basis. Applications are invited from experienced professionals for a wide range of leadership positions, including Manager Corporate Accounts, Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance, Manager Contract Management & Regulatory Affairs (MIRAD), Deputy Manager Legal & Contracts, Deputy Manager Finance, Deputy Manager Transmission Planning, Manager IT, Deputy Manager IT, Manager Legal, Manager HR & Admin, Deputy Manager HR & Admin, Deputy Manager Security, Deputy Manager Internal Audit, and Deputy Manager Civil.

All positions are based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and are part of HAZECO’s drive to build a strong, performance-oriented team to manage the supply and distribution of electricity across the Hazara Division.   • Finance & Accounts (Manager Corporate Accounts, Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance, Deputy Manager Finance):
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, corporate reporting, regulatory compliance and coordination with external auditors. These roles demand a strong grip on IFRS, corporate tax, regulatory filings and the financial dynamics of a utility company.
  • MIRAD – Contract Management & Regulatory Affairs:
    Handles power purchase agreements, contracts with generators, NEPRA-related issues, regulatory submissions and stakeholder coordination. Ideal for professionals who understand both engineering and commercial/legal aspects of the power sector.
  • Legal & Contracts (Manager Legal, Deputy Manager Legal & Contracts):
    Provide legal support across the company—drafting and vetting contracts, handling disputes and litigation, advising management on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with corporate laws.
  • Transmission Planning:
    Focus on network expansion plans, load flow studies, system reliability and long-term investment planning for the distribution network.
  • Information Technology (Manager IT, Deputy Manager IT):
    Lead the planning, deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including enterprise applications, billing systems, HR and finance systems, cyber security and support services across HAZECO’s service area.

  • Civil (Deputy Manager Civil):
