Key Responsibilities 📚
- General Manager (Food & Beverages):
- Oversee the strategic operations of the Food & Beverage department, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement menus, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Catering and Culinary Teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
- Manager Catering:
- Plan and coordinate catering services for events and functions, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and staff schedules.
- Supervise catering staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Executive Chef:
- Create menu items using traditional and modern recipes.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Cook and Assistant Cook:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the menu requirements.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen organization.
- Driver:
- Provide transportation services for staff and supplies.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
- Female Medical Attendant:
