📄 Responsibilities
✅ Legal Advisor (MP-I)
- Provide strategic legal guidance to the Litigation Wing of the Establishment Division.
- Monitor and devise strategies for litigation pending in various courts.
- Offer legal opinions, vet official documents, and draft para-wise comments for submission in court.
- Develop standard legal procedures for fast and efficient case handling.
- Represent the Establishment Division in legal proceedings as a departmental representative.
