🎯 Responsibilities Summary:
🔧 For Sub Engineers:
- Assist in planning and execution of technical work
- Conduct site inspections and manage civil/electrical contractors
- Prepare estimates, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and architects for smooth progress of site activities
🗂️ For Assistant/Clerk:
- Manage property records and update transfer entries
- Proficiently handle MS Excel/Word
- Prepare formal documents for allotments and updates
- Maintain organized physical/digital filing systems
🛡️ For Security Supervisors & Guards:
- Monitor site security 24/7
- Supervise entry/exit records and access control
- Ensure safety and compliance during daily activities
