Admin & Finance
- Assistant Manager (Finance) — lead budgeting, cashflow monitoring, vendor payments, audit support, and donor/government financial reporting; ensure compliance with public-sector financial controls and project rules.
- Assistant Manager (Admin/HR) — manage recruitment support, onboarding, attendance & leave, contracts, procurement coordination, fleet & facilities, and HR recordkeeping in line with program SOPs.
- Coordinator/Secretary — executive scheduling, meeting minutes, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, document control, and correspondence.
- Accountant — voucher preparation, bank reconciliations, payroll assistance, asset registers, and tax deductions; maintain complete audit trails.
- Admin Assistant — file/registry handling, front desk assistance, store receiving/issuance, and day-to-day office support.
- Electrician* — routine electrical maintenance, safe operations, preventive checks, and fault rectification for office equipment and power systems.
- Driver* — safe driving, logbook upkeep, vehicle cleanliness, and timely official pick-and-drop.
ICT & Software
- Principal Software Engineer — lead design/architecture for high-traffic web platforms; ensure code quality, CI/CD, security reviews, and mentoring of engineering teams.
- Software Engineer — implement modules for learning platforms, dashboards, and APIs; write clean, testable code and resolve production issues with timely turnarounds.
- Web Designer — UI/UX layouts, responsive design, asset optimization, accessibility checks, and brand-consistent web styling.
Networking
- Assistant Network/System Administrator — manage servers, user accounts, backups, monitoring, security patches, and uptime; coordinate with ISPs/vendors and document configurations.
- Hardware Technician — diagnostics and repair for desktops/laptops, peripheral support, OS images, and inventory of spares.
Marketing
- Marketing Manager — plan and execute outreach campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital funnels; supervise creatives, media plans, and analytics.
