What you’ll do — Role overviews & typical responsibilities
Manager Technical — Islamabad
- Lead technical evaluations tied to power purchase agreements (PPAs), ancillary services, capacity/energy settlements, and loss allocations.
- Oversee grid/market data analysis, model performance, and provide technical assurance for billing & settlement.
- Interface with generation companies (GENCOs/IPPs), NTDC, and DISCOs to ensure timely and accurate data flows.
- Support regulatory submissions and provide inputs on NEPRA determinations, grid codes, and market rules.
- Mentor the technical team, manage documentation, and drive process improvements for audit-ready records.

Deputy Manager Technical — Islamabad
- Execute day-to-day technical analyses, data validation, and monthly settlement activities under the guidance of the Manager.

- Contribute to testing/validation of market and billing software tools and suggest enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal units (market operations, finance, legal, IT) and external stakeholders for evidence-based reconciliations.
