How to Apply Process
1) Apply Online
All applications for initial recruitment in BPS-16 and above must be submitted online through the official BPSC website.
2) No Hard Copy for Online Applicants
Candidates who apply online do not need to send a hard copy of the application form.
3) Offline Submission for Limited Internet Access
Applicants who do not have internet access may submit their application on the prescribed form by hand or by mail to BPSC Quetta on or before the closing date.
4) Keep Original Documents Ready
At the time of screening/written test, candidates must bring:
- Original CNIC
- Original Treasury Receipt / Green Challan
- Downloaded Admission Certificate / Roll Number Slip
5) Required Documents After Viva Voce Qualification
Candidates who qualify for viva voce may be asked to submit one verified set of documents, including:
- Photographs
- Matric and Intermediate certificates/DMCs
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil, Ph.D. degrees/transcripts
- CNIC
- Experience certificates, where required
- Local/Domicile certificate

6) Application Fee
- BPS-18 posts: Rs. 1200/-
- BPS-16 & BPS-17 posts: Rs. 800/-
The fee must be deposited in the State Bank / National Bank of Pakistan / Government Treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of the Government of Balochistan under the prescribed head of account.
7) Test and Roll Number Slip Updates
Admission certificates and roll number slips for MCQs/written tests will be placed on the official BPSC website. Candidates should also keep checking SMS alerts.
