Key Responsibilities
Head Transaction Banking Division
- Build and grow Cash Management, Structured Trade Finance, and Home Remittance services across Pakistan.
- Attract and retain a strong professional team to improve product offerings.
- Fully accountable for the performance of Transaction Banking and Remittance businesses.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative product development and cross-selling opportunities.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Head Investment Banking Division
- Lead the generation of fee-based income for the bank.
- Manage the issuance of debt instruments, including Sukuk and syndicated financing.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to structure large-scale financing deals.
- Market and participate in IPO underwriting, rights issue collections, and agency/trustee services.
- Perform any other tasks related to investment banking as directed by management.
Manager – Investment Banking Division
- Assist in corporate financing, investment banking operations, and financial structuring.
- Support debt issuance, syndications, and other investment banking functions.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for growth and client engagement.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
