🥁Position Summary: Bandman (BS-05)
As aBandman in the AJK Police Brass Band, your primary responsibility will be to participate in public performances that reflect the pride and discipline of the force. You’ll be part of a trained musical unit responsible forceremonial duties, national events, security parades, and formal state functions. This role requires bothmusical expertiseandphysical endurance. Candidates must be able to play at least one musical instrument used in traditional police or military bands, including: 🎶Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone, Tuba, or DrumsYou will represent the AJK Police in front of national audiences, dignitaries, and public officials. A strong sense of rhythm, marching discipline, and collaborative teamwork is crucial.
✅Eligibility Criteria
📚Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized board
- Certificate in Music from a recognized institution
🎼Instrument Proficiency:
Must be skilled in at least one of the following:
- Flute
- Clarinet
- Trumpet
- Trombone
- Saxophone
- Tuba
- Drums
📏Physical Requirements:
- Minimum Height:5 feet 2 inches
- Chest:Minimum 32 inches (expandable to 34 inches)
- Age Limit:18 to 40 years(as of the closing date)
