My latest assignment  from October 2015 till 2022 as a Project officer/ Head of Field office  for merged Districts of KPK  at UNFAO in Early Recovery Project, Commercial and sustainable agriculture development in KPMDs. I have to lead a team of Social Mobilizers, Field Farmer School facilitator, Engineers, Livestock, Agronomist   to timely achieve the project indicators in an area which remain a part of conflict for almost 8 to 9 years. I was charged with the responsibility of liaising with all the stakeholders including line departments, political administration, Law enforcement agencies, Targeted communities for smooth implementation of project activities, timely prepare project implementation plan along with DIP and regular reporting at the project level. Beside that I have successfully completed project funded by DFID , CERF and THAzA USAID. Timely rising the PRs for the procurement Department and Make sure that deliverables at field level reached with in required time frame. Quality assurance of assistance along project indicators are strictly observed to ensure community and donor confidence on organization

Before FAO , I worked as Project Manager with corporate partner HUJRA in WFP Cash Assistance Project for NWTD IDPs. At that time, I have to lead a team of 70 members in 5 different districts to provide cash
assistance to targeted communities at their doorstep, I was responsible for overall supervision of the project activities, Responsible for Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to donor and to
supervisor, Adheres and participates in the monitoring of quality assurance and project management guidelines. Project quality assurance that project activities are in accordance with norms and standards of donor & Organization, as well as according to available budget lines and limitations. Planning for project execution and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level, to develop linkages with other key players working in the field of Food Security and Livelihood. Monitoring visits to field and to provide technical support to field staff, Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders especially with Civil Military Liaison Office, DCO office, PDMA office, local administration, WFP and local community.

In Feb 2006, I was employed  as Field Assistant in Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Peshawar and with passage of time along with performance qualify for HOFO Head of Field office of all Merged district office.  Worked in refugee’s all camps in KPK and for displace and returnees in the . My major responsibilities included information dissemination, case registration, meeting with the concern authorities and other organization, gatherings and uploading cases into electronic database. Jan 2007, I worked as Field Officer/information counselor in Return Facilitation team at NRC Peshawar. Beside the above activities,I had facilitated the target community in group repatriation cases with about 60% success rate. I had periodic coordination meetings with Volunteer Repatriation Center VRC and UNHCR. International Assignment in Afghanistan In 2008 . I visited Afghanistan for the follow ups of cross border cases, Understand international experience in melty sectoral like livelihood, shelter , education food security and international affairs .From 2010 till 2012 I worked as Team leader and Acting Project Coordinator at NRC Kohat and successfully completed all the projects .Till end of 2014 I worked as Head of offices for NRC and achieved many vitals goals during the time period

 

Before NRC I worked for government as Education Officer in KPK Wildlife Department and work with highly professional and skilled people which increased my knowledge in biodiversity conservation and day to day Management. I joined AWARD as Assistant Coordinator, basically working on Democratic Governance Program DGP and Health related programs with HIV/Aids. DGP is related with “Citizen Action for Electoral and Democratic Progress in Pakistan” program is to enhance the effectiveness of the government in addressing the critical challenges now facing Pakistan by increasing citizens’ participation in ensuring transparency and accountability, beside this visit and reports are related with Monitoring and Evaluation, focusing the project activities ensuring the quality assurance of project activity .

Furthermore, I have a strong academic background to ground my work. After completing my master degree in International Relation and Bachelor in Computer Science Management from University of Peshawar.

The main function of the Return Facilitation team wasrnto facilitate refugees in their voluntary repatriation to their country ofrnorigin by removing hurdles through dissemination of information. The RFT hadrnthree main responsibilities.

(1) Cross border coordination: To enhance cross border coordination by constantlyrnvisiting different NRC Offices in Afghanistan, holding meetings with NRC Afghanrnstaff and visiting different areas in Afghanistan to follow up cases. Similarlyrnit also had to arrange visits for NRC Afghan staff into Pakistan for the followrnups of their pending cases.

(2) Individual property dispute cases: Secondly RFT had to refer to the concerned NRCrnoffices in Afghanistan all those individual property dispute cases which werernregistered by different mobile teams in different camps of NWFP. RFT had tornregularly follow up these cases providing feedback to the clients.

(3) Facilitated Group Returns cases (FGR): Thirdly RFT had to facilitate groups of 50 or morernthan 50 families in their voluntary repatriation and to resolve their problemsrnincluding landlessness, illegal occupation of land/houses, no availability ofrndrinking/agriculture water, schools, health facilities or insufficient self-reliancernhaving no vocational trainings, solving the cases in coordination with AfghanrnGovernment, national and international NGOs.

·       rnDuring my tenurernas Field Officer with Return Facilitation Team, I had registered about 120 bothrnindividual and group cases, uploaded them into the RFT database, properlyrnarchived and solved about 30% of them with the help of team members andrncoordinator.

·       rnI made a five daysrnvisit to NRC Afghanistan ILAC along with my Coordinator and had several successfulrncoordination meetings with NRC staff, Director of repatriation and returnsrn(DORR), with coordinators and field teams of different INGOs including UNHCRrnand IRC, discussing and disseminating information  of mutual interest.
