As Director in General Headquarters I was doing as directorrncoordination and administration and supervising and coordinating all thernroutine matters of the outfit and looking after the administration of allrnofficers and staff besides regularly maintain coordination with various underrncommand sections and establishments. Acted as senior staff officer with the Director General. Office management, meetings/conferences management, travel management, security & documents management, guests management and arranging high profile dinners were the core functions.

Managing Internal Security of Complete Civil Division.Managing security related aspects of formation.Plan and conduct of any elections in the area of responsibility.Managed all affairs related to internal security of formation and Civil Division comprising of four Districts.
Ensured civil mil coordination.
Worked as administrator of ArmyrnPublic School and College Sargodha.

As Deputy Commander of a Brigade employed on active operationsrnin War Against Terrorism and was purely dealing with operational and securityrnoperations on 24/7 basis with the aim to keep peace and security in the AOR. 

Besides operational duties my primary task was also to assist the districtrnadministration in conduct of development work in Dir and surrounding area andrnmonitor the projects of PSDP, Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) and otherrndevelopmental work in the area.

As Colonel, I was also the Chief Editor of Pakistan Army GreenrnBook which is a recognised Journal of Pakistan Army by HEC.

As Lieutenet Colonel remained deployed on UN Mission as Chief of Joint OperationsrnCentre (CJOC) in Ivory Coast, Africa where my primary duties was to analyse,rnreport and then at times provided advised to senior management, military oprncentre and Security Operations Centre on suggested courses of action in thernwake of active UN operations. Was the main link between UN Headquarters New York and Mission Headquarters. Managed and prepared daily situation reports and special situation and incidents reports. 

I have commanded a regiment that too under intense securityrnenvironment, remained deployed on internal security duties and have remainedrnintimately involved in operational, security, administrative, budgeting andrntraining planning of the entire regiment. Formulated standard operatingrnprocedures for all facets including security, training and informationrngathering, and HR management and then ensured its execution. During therncommand, continuously evaluated the security situation being on internalrnsecurity duties and besides coordinating with various law enforcing agencies onrninformation gathering mechanisms and security situation, prepared my regimentrnfor all operational and administrative tasks..

Being intelligence and security qualified officer, I have beenrnworking in a Counter Intelligence and Field Security Unit, where I havernperformed the functions of collection, collation, collaboration, analysis ofrnsecurity and political information's and then accordingly planned, prepared andrnimplemented / updated the security plans. At the same time carried out in-depthrnanalysis of socio-political environments in the area of responsibility andrnaccordingly advised the senior hierarchy on likely course of events in view ofrnthe evolving situation and threats. As field security officer imparted securityrntraining and carried out security surveys of installations and headquarters inrnthe formation. During important events and exercises in the formation provided securityrncover to senior commanders and event it self. Carried out securityrnassessments/checks and surveys of formation units and installations andrnprepared their security check reports.
