Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications based on their specialty:
✔ FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomate of American Board (or equivalent medical qualifications) recognized by PMDC, with 3 years practical experience in the respective specialty after post-graduation.
OR
✔ FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD (General Surgery / General Medicines) or equivalent medical qualifications recognized by PMDC, with 6 years of practical experience in the respective specialty in a recognized institution after post-graduation.
OR
✔ MBBS with MCPS / Diploma in a relevant specialty with 3 years of practical experience (only if candidates with the higher qualifications are unavailable).
Age Limit
📌 Specialist Positions: 45 Years
📌 Other Positions: 40 Years
General age relaxation applies to certain categories, including Minorities, Recognized Tribes, Tribal Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.
Tenure & Contract Details
📌 Contract Period: Initially 1 year (extendable yearly based on performance)
📌 No Regularization: These positions will not be converted to permanent jobs at any stage.
