🎯 What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)
Specialist WSS (03 posts)
- Lead technical reviews for water supply & sewerage projects; advise on hydraulic design, O&M planning, and non-revenue water strategies.
- Support utilities on asset management, performance benchmarking, tariff models, and service-level improvements.
- Supervise field assessments, verify contractor deliverables, and prepare policy/technical briefs for government clients.
Specialist Design Review & HSE (01 post)
- Conduct design vetting for civil/mechanical/electrical scopes against national/international standards.
- Develop and enforce HSE plans, perform safety audits, and track corrective actions at sites.
- Train staff and contractors on HSE culture, legal compliance, and incident reporting systems.
Finance Specialist (01 post)
- Lead project financial management: budgeting, cash flows, disbursements, and donor/GoPb reporting.
- Ensure IPSAS-aligned accounting, coordinate with procurement for payment controls, and run periodic variance analyses.
