🎯 What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)

Specialist WSS (03 posts)

• Lead technical reviews for water supply & sewerage projects; advise on hydraulic design, O&M planning, and non-revenue water strategies.
• Support utilities on asset management, performance benchmarking, tariff models, and service-level improvements.
• Supervise field assessments, verify contractor deliverables, and prepare policy/technical briefs for government clients.

Specialist Design Review & HSE (01 post)

• Conduct design vetting for civil/mechanical/electrical scopes against national/international standards.
• Develop and enforce HSE plans, perform safety audits, and track corrective actions at sites.
• Train staff and contractors on HSE culture, legal compliance, and incident reporting systems.

Finance Specialist (01 post)

• Lead project financial management: budgeting, cash flows, disbursements, and donor/GoPb reporting.
• Ensure IPSAS-aligned accounting, coordinate with procurement for payment controls, and run periodic variance analyses.
• Build templates/dashboards for Board and client reviews.

Research Analyst — Finance (02 posts)

• Build financial models, sensitivity analyses, and cost-benefit assessments for urban projects.

Senior Research Analyst — Environment & Wastewater (01 post)

• Lead analytical studies on wastewater treatment, industrial effluents, and environmental compliance.

Manager Software Developer (01 post)

Petrol Pump / Chemical Survey Engineer (01 post)

• Conduct technical surveys of petroleum/chemical facilities, review compliance with safety, metering, storage and environmental norms.
• Use field instruments for measurements; compile inspection reports with photographic and geo-tagged evidence.

Research Analyst — Engineering (02 posts)

• Support engineering teams with data analysis, simulation support, BoQs, and technical write-ups.

Supervisor Day Care (01 post)

• Oversee the in-house Day Care operations at Urban Unit; ensure child safety, hygiene, activity planning, and parent communications.
