✅ Eligibility Criteria:

1. Senior Program Manager – Survey:
   • Proven experience in urban survey management and data analysis.
   • Strong leadership and team management skills.
   • Relevant qualifications in Urban Planning, Surveying, or related fields.
2. Senior Program Manager – GIS & M&E Operations:
   • Experience in GIS implementation and monitoring & evaluation operations.
   • Proficiency in GIS tools and software.
   • Relevant qualifications in Geography, Urban Planning, or related disciplines.
3. Senior Program Manager – M&E & Quality Assurance:
   • Expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation and Quality Assurance processes.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Relevant qualifications in Project Management or related fields.
4. Senior Program Manager – Software Engineering:
   • Extensive experience in Software Development and Engineering.
   • Proficiency in modern programming languages and development frameworks.
   • Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
5. Manager Daak Control:
   • Experience in administrative management and document control.
   • Strong organizational and communication skills.
   • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or related fields.
