What Each Role Will Focus On
Chief Manager – Industrial/Commercial Billing
- Lead billing operations for high-value industrial and commercial portfolios.
- Ensure meter data integrity (AMR/AMI/SCADA interfaces), accurate tariff application, and compliant billing cycles.
- Drive automation—batch jobs, e-invoices, customer portals, and workflow queues.
- Own KPI dashboards (billing accuracy, DSO, dispute rate) and budget control for the function.

- Build checklists, SOPs, and reconciliation routines across metering → billing → collections.
- Strengthen internal controls to meet audit readiness and customer satisfaction goals.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, analytics for management decisions, and recovery initiatives.
Engineer/Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management
- Maintain the IT Risk Register, assess risks across applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud, and vendors.
- Map controls to ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and SOC 2; coordinate with CISO/security teams for remediation.
- Review ITGCs, user access (RBAC/SoD), change management, backups, and DR drills.

Engineer – Operational Risk Management
- Facilitate HAZOP/HIRA/FMEA for pipelines, stations, terminals, and industrial customer interfaces.

- Support emergency response planning, competency drills, and permit-to-work controls.
