The Office of the Director General, Sindh Safe Cities Authority (SSCA) has announced new contract-based job opportunities in Karachi (Sindh) for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals. 1) Lead Systems Architect & Analytics (Chief Software Developer) — 01 Post

Qualification: BS (Preferably MS) from HEC recognized institute in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. ✅
Experience:

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience as Lead Software Developer in a recognized organization/software house
• Certification related to the job description (preferred)

2) Backend Developer — 01 Post

Qualification: BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or related (HEC). ✅
Experience:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in backend development
• Strong grip on server-side programming, database management, and API development
• Large-scale or government project experience is an added advantage
• Certification related to the job description (preferred)

3) Full Stack Developer — 01 Post

Qualification: BS in CS/SE/IT or related discipline (HEC). ✅

• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in network & infrastructure engineering
• Proven experience designing/managing enterprise-level LAN/WAN, data centers, fiber optic and IP-based networks

• Leadership experience in large-scale, mission-critical or government environments preferred

• Practical expertise: splicing, jointing, termination, OTDR and power meter testing
