- Nationality: Pakistani; Domicile: Sindh province (as per quota rules).
- Education: As listed above; minimum Second Division.
- Age: 21–28 years (general relaxation applicable as per SGA&CD Notification No. SGA&CD/5-64/2011 (Part-I) dated 06-03-2025, except Police Service and posts filled via Combined Competitive Examination).
- Training: Mandatory training after selection for Inspector of Stamps (BS-16).

- Assistant Chief Inspector of Stamps (BS-17): supervision of stamp inspection operations, scrutiny of instruments/records, audit liaison, revenue protection measures, reporting & compliance, public dealing, team coordination.
- Inspector of Stamps (BS-16): field inspections, verification of stamped instruments, challans & registers, detection of evasion/irregularities, preparation of inspection notes, assistance in inquiries, and compliance with stamp laws & rules.

5) Selection Process (Through SPSC)

- Written Test (syllabus notified by SPSC) and merit-based shortlisting.
- Interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Final recommendation to the department as per quota, merit, and verification.
- Appointment by Board of Revenue, Sindh plus Mandatory Training (for BS-16) post-offer.
