Special Security Unit SSU Jobs Terms and Conditions:
- Candidates skilled in Judo, Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Driving Skills, Tactics, Weapon Handling, Physical Training, English Language, Etiquette, Leadership, Motivation, Swimming, Bomb Disposal Training, Religious Education, IT, Law, Drill, and Discipline will be given preference.
- The tenure of the contract-based appointment will initially be for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three years.
- Senior Trainers must have a military background, extensive training experience, and relevant certifications or qualifications in training and tactical methodologies.
- Candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields. Senior Trainers and Instructors should have expertise in specialized subjects. Medical Officers must hold a valid degree and have related field experience.
- The final appointment shall be based on a written test, interview, medical fitness, and verification of character and documents. Candidates involved in any criminal case are not eligible for appointment.
- The remuneration for Senior Trainers, Instructors, Junior Trainers, and Medical Officers shall be a fixed salary per the organization’s policies.
- All appointed staff must adhere to the organization’s code of conduct, ethics, and professional standards. Any code of conduct violation may result in disciplinary action, including contract termination.
- Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice period in writing or compensation instead of notice. Termination may also occur in case of gross misconduct, violation of laws, or failure to meet expected performance standards.
- All appointed staff members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information or operational details related to SSU. Breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate termination and legal consequences.

As required, these terms and conditions may be amended, modified, or supplemented by mutual agreement between the appointed staff members and SSU.
