The Special Education Department, Government of the Punjab is recruiting a full team for the newly established Maryam Nawaz School & Resource Centre for Autism (MNSRCA), Lahore. These appointments are project-based on a lump-sum monthly salary for three (03) years, extendable on performance. The School & Resource Centre will serve children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning challenges, and co-occurring needs, and will operate as a model hub for clinical therapies, individualized education planning (IEP), teacher development, research, family support, and community inclusion.

Responsibilities Snapshot (Role-wise Highlights)

Vice Principal – Clinical Services

  • Lead all therapy streams; supervise clinicians; approve treatment plans and progress reviews.
  • Oversee ABA, sensory integration, feeding therapy, and communication programs; ensure ethical compliance (BCBA/SLP/OT/PT standards).
  • Build multidisciplinary case conferences; train staff on behaviour support, de-escalation, and family counselling.

Vice Principal – Education & Operations

  • Run day-to-day academic operations; schedule classes/therapies; ensure teacher coaching and lesson quality.
  • Align curricula with IEP goals; ensure safety, classroom readiness, and materials management.
  • Lead admissions, timetabling, attendance, transport interface, and emergency drills.

Research Officer & Research Associate

  • Design and implement research protocols; maintain IRB/ethics documentation.
  • Analyze child outcomes, parent satisfaction, and program returns; publish working papers and policy briefs.
  • Build dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and manage secure data repositories.

M&E Officer

  • Develop results frameworks and indicators for education and therapy; run baseline/midline/endline studies.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly reports for SED; support audits and donor visits.

HR Officer / Admin Manager

  • Manage recruitment, HRIS, payroll coordination, staff training, and performance appraisals.
  • Oversee facilities, procurement, inventory, and vendor contracts per Punjab procurement rules.
