1) Minimum Eligibility (Consultant Tracks)

For candidates trained in Pakistan (Consultant appointments):

• ✅ Successful completion of a formal postgraduate medical education program.
• ✅ FCPS (Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan).
• ✅ Completion of a relevant sub-specialty fellowship (where applicable).

For candidates trained internationally:

• ✅ MRCP (UK), FRCS, or another equivalent international fellowship or American Board certification(s), including relevant sub-specialty boards where applicable.
• ✅ At least three years of experience in a Western institution.
