What You’ll Do (Highlights by Role)

Clinical & Allied Health

  • Speech Language Therapist / Audiologist: Assess and manage speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders. Conduct therapy sessions, perform audiometric evaluations, counsel families, and document progress with outcome measures.
  • Physiotherapist: Plan and deliver individualized rehabilitation, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and paediatric protocols. Manage gait training, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and patient education.
  • Occupational Therapist: Enable participation in daily living through functional assessments, adaptive equipment training, ergonomic advice, and sensory integration where indicated.
  • Neuropsychologist: Provide psychological assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, behaviour plans, and counselling; collaborate closely with rehab teams for goal setting.
  • Prosthetist & Orthotist: Evaluate patients, design and fit prostheses/orthoses, perform adjustments and follow-up checks, and maintain workshop safety and quality standards.

Administration & Support

  • Assistant Administrative Officer: Oversee unit administration, records, procurement coordination, HR documentation, and front-of-house service quality.
  • Patient Coordinator: Facilitate patient flow, appointment scheduling, counselling, service navigation, and complaint resolution; maintain dashboards in MS Office.
  • Junior Computer Operator: Data entry, MIS updates, document formatting, and printing/scanning support with strict data privacy.
  • Hall Attendant / Porter / Naib Qasid / Aya: Maintain cleanliness, transport patients/equipment, assist staff and visitors, and support ward routines with compassion and safety.
