The Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), Karachi—an autonomous teaching hospital under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Sindh—is hiring talented professionals on a contract basis (renewable on performance). What you’ll do (plain-English role snapshots)

  • Deputy Director HR: Lead HR strategy—manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, appraisals (KPIs/OKRs), training plans, and employee relations. Maintain HRIS, ensure compliance with Sindh labor laws, develop policies (leave, attendance, discipline), and drive a culture of dignity and inclusion.
  • System & Network Administration: Keep the institute’s digital backbone secure and available—servers, switches, firewalls, backup/DR drills, and identity/access management. Maintain audit-ready logs and high availability for EMR and academic systems.
  • Software Developer / IT Officer: Build/maintain web modules for appointments, patient queues, academic records, and inventory; provide fast helpdesk turnaround; train users and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Lecturer & Research Associate: Deliver engaging lectures, supervise labs, publish in peer-reviewed venues, and assist in grant writing. Maintain high assessment integrity and ethical research conduct.
  • Neuro Psychologist & Art Therapist: Provide evidence-based therapy plans within an inter-disciplinary team; record outcomes and participate in family education sessions.
  • Computer Teacher: Run coding & digital literacy classes; manage LMS assignments; prepare students for competitions and safe-use certifications.
  • Hall Attendant/Porter/Naib Qasid/Aya: Ensure compassionate, reliable support that keeps patient care dignified and operations smooth.
