| 3 | Assistant Director/Junior Specialist (Procurement) (One position) | 7 | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree is an advantage. Preferably SPPRA Certified Procurement Management Professional. | At least 3 years of relevant experience. Preference for candidates with donor-funded project experience. |
