What you’ll do (high-impact work, role by role)

  • Engineers (Senior/Design/District/Field, Quantity Surveyor, Draftsman, Design & Documentation): Plan and deliver community infrastructure—link roads, culverts, water supply, sanitation, flood protection, and climate-resilient structures. Manage surveys, designs, BOQs, bids, contractor supervision, quality assurance, and HSE compliance. Draft drawings (AutoCAD), maintain as-built records, and ensure value-for-money.
  • Environmental Specialist: Lead IEE/EIA, EMP implementation, climate risk screening, and nature-based solutions where relevant. Align with national environmental laws and donor safeguards.
  • Social & Behavior Change Specialist / Social Organizers: Design SBCC strategies on hygiene, nutrition, gender equality, financial literacy, and DRR; mobilize communities; strengthen COs/VOs/LSOs; facilitate participatory planning and grievance redress.
  • GIS Expert & MIS Officer: Build spatial and MIS systems for planning and results tracking; manage geo-tagging, interactive maps, GPS-enabled supervision, and dashboards.
  • M&E Officer: Establish logical frameworks, indicators, and data quality protocols; run baseline/midline/endline, outcome monitoring, learning loops, and adaptive management.
  • Procurement Specialist/Officer: Run PPRA and donor-aligned procurement cycles—RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, bid evaluations, contract administration, and supplier performance.
  • Finance Officer & Banking Officer: Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bank reconciliations, advances, asset registers, payroll support, and donor reporting with internal controls and tax compliance.

  • Relevant degrees from HEC-recognized universities/institutes (see table).
  • Demonstrated experience in NGO/INGO/government/donor-funded projects in similar roles.
  • Strong field orientation, problem-solving, and community sensitivity.
  • Excellent command of documentation, reporting, and compliance; integrity and confidentiality are must-haves.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (for technical roles), ERP/Accounting tools (finance), and GIS/data systems (MIS/GIS/M&E).
  • Commitment to safeguarding, anti-harassment, and zero tolerance for SEAH or misconduct.
