Clinical & Intensive Care

• Deliver evidence-based paediatric and neonatal care across ER, PICU, NICU, and specialised wards.
• Conduct rounds, procedures, ventilator management, sepsis bundles, and multidisciplinary huddles.
• Establish and monitor clinical pathways for common paediatric emergencies, trauma, oncology protocols, and peri-operative care.
• Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff; ensure documentation, consent, and infection prevention.
• Participate in M&M meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Surgery & Anaesthesia

• Perform paediatric surgical procedures, pre-op assessments, and post-op follow-up.
• Provide safe anaesthesia including airway management, analgesia, and recovery oversight with adherence to ASA standards.
• Coordinate with OT & CSSD for sterile processing, instrument tracking, and theatre turnaround.

Nursing & Allied Health

• Lead nursing teams; manage staffing matrices, medication safety, and patient education.
• Run dialysis sessions, oncology infusion protocols, respiratory therapy, and rehabilitation plans (PT/OT/speech).
• Uphold infection control standards, surveillance, and hand-hygiene compliance.

Diagnostics & Pharmacy

Non-Clinical & Support
