Public Health Specialist (PPS-10) | MBBS or Master’s in Health Policy, Public Health, or related field | Minimum 10 years of experience in public health services, program development, or implementation. Familiarity with health regulations and systems is essential. |
Surveillance & Research Specialist (PPS-09) | MBBS or Master’s in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Health Policy Management | 10 years of experience in health research, surveillance, and analytics. Proficiency in tools like SPSS, STATA, or similar statistical software. |
Communication Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Media, Communications, Public Administration, or Social Sciences | At least 12 years of experience in developing and promoting health awareness materials (e.g., SBCC, IEC). Strong communication and organizational skills required. |
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related fields (preferably ACCA, CMA) | A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and budgeting. Prior experience with donor-funded projects is advantageous. |
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or Public Administration | 10 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation. Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, or STATA is required. |
Gender-cum-Training Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, or Anthropology | 10 years of experience in gender-based violence prevention and grievance management. Ability to develop gender-specific strategies and training programs is required. |
