🛠️ Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

For Branch Managers / Ops Managers:
You’ll be in charge of achieving deposit targets, increasing NTBs/ETBs, and growing current account portfolios while ensuring compliance and high service standards. Deep familiarity with SBP regulations and internal process standardization is essential. You’ll also be responsible for leading the branch team, promoting banking products, and maintaining healthy internal controls.

For General Banking & Cash Officers:
Your role focuses on helping the branch meet assigned deposit goals, providing top-tier service to customers, and facilitating seamless cash management processes. Your operational skills and understanding of SBP banking protocols will help ensure accuracy and efficiency at the branch level.

For Agri Credit / Credit Officers:
You’ll be the bridge between banking services and the agri sector—working directly with farmers and rural entrepreneurs. You’ll assist them in accessing finance for improved farming, offer technical advice, and help them adopt better financial and agricultural practices. This role is key to driving rural financial inclusion and business sustainability.
