| Social & Gender Development Specialist (Social Safeguard Specialist) | Masterās in Social Sciences, Community Development, or Public Administration (HEC-recognized) | At least 8 years of experience in community mobilization, womenās development projects, and World Bank safeguards. |
| Environmental Specialist | Masterās in Environmental Science/Engineering (HEC-recognized) | Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental assessments, climate change mitigation, and EMP implementation. |
| Resettlement Specialist | Masterās in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Rural Development (HEC-recognized) | 8+ years in land acquisition, resettlement planning, stakeholder negotiations, and World Bank policies. |
| Banking Specialist | Masterās in Finance, Economics, or Banking (HEC-recognized) | At least 8 years in banking operations, financial management, and implementing subsidy programs. |
| Senior Engineer | Bachelorās/Masterās in Civil Engineering (HEC-recognized) | 10ā15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, contract management, cost estimation, and site supervision. |
