What You’ll Do (Highlights by Stream)
- Leadership & Delivery (Project Director, Directors, Deputy Directors)
Set program roadmaps, align with health policy, steer vendor management/outsourcing, standardize equipment and clinical pathways, and manage external partners. Lead risk registers and progress reviews while ensuring value for money. - Economics, Finance & Audit (Health Economist, Financial Analyst, Audit Officer)
Develop cost-effectiveness models, DRF/PC-1 analyses, and budget tracking; strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with Punjab Delegation of Powers and audit observations; build fiscal performance reports for decision makers. - Engineering & Infrastructure (Director Infrastructure; AD Civil/Architecture/Electrical/Biomedical)
Take projects from concept to commissioning—design review, BOQs, PEC and building code compliance, HSE, contractor oversight, electrical systems, and BMS/HVAC integration for tertiary care facilities. - Data, IT & Monitoring (Deputy Director IT, Data Analyst, AD Monitoring, Director Internal Delivery Unit)
Build and operate M&E frameworks, KPIs, and real-time dashboards; manage EMR/LIS/HMIS integrations where needed; support data governance and timely reporting to the health leadership. - HR/Legal & Communications (Director HR & Legal, Law Officer, Media Coordinator)
Draft HR policies, contracts, and service rules; mitigate legal risks; lead strategic communications, media briefings, reputation management, and public information campaigns.
