Job Position Details 📋

 Eligibility & Appointment Criteria ✅

For candidates trained in Pakistan (Consultants):

• Successful completion of a formal postgraduate medical education program.
• FCPS (Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan).
• Completion of a relevant sub-specialty fellowship.

For candidates trained internationally (Consultants):

• MRCP (UK), FRCS, or another equivalent international fellowship;
  or relevant American Board certification(s) (including sub-specialty boards where applicable).
• Minimum three years of experience in a Western institution is required in addition to the above.

Nursing & Teaching roles:

• Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration for clinical roles.
• Demonstrated experience in oncology, palliative care, CSSD, or nurse education (as applicable).
• For lecturer roles, a master’s degree or equivalent teaching/clinical credentials is preferred.

For Management, Administration & Technical roles:

• Relevant degrees in marketing, business, engineering, computer science, design, information security, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in hospitals, health tech, enterprise IT, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
