The Punjab Government’s Special Monitoring Unit (SMU), established under the Implementation and Coordination Wing of S&GAD, is seeking result-oriented professionals for the following positions. These roles are aimed at enhancing the unit’s operational effectiveness and public service.

Key Responsibilities
- Associate: Conduct high-level research, formulate policies, and prepare detailed reports for decision-making at senior levels.
- Junior Associate: Support in research and implementation activities, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the monitoring processes.
- Analyst: Analyze data, develop actionable insights, and provide technical support for ongoing projects.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Background:
- Advanced degrees (Master’s for Associate and Junior Associate; Bachelor’s or Master’s for Analyst) in relevant fields.
✅ Experience: - Relevant post-qualification experience as mentioned in the table above. Internships or training will not be considered as professional experience.
✅ Skills: - Strong research, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Expertise in public policy, economic analysis, or monitoring and evaluation.
