Role Highlights (What You’ll Do)
Senior Leadership (Chiefs & GMs)
- Originate and structure PPPs: lead feasibility/VfM, risk matrices, payment mechanisms, and contingent liability analysis.
- Design governance frameworks: internal controls, audit/compliance, IT/data governance, legal templates, and disclosure regimes.
- Manage portfolios: pipeline prioritization, transaction timelines, lender/sponsor engagement, and steering committee coordination.
- Coach teams: develop young analysts and specialists; standardize work products and templates; embed quality assurance.
Specialists & Analysts
- Project Finance Specialists / Analysts: build financial models, sensitivities, debt sizing, tariff/revenue frameworks; prepare IMs, bid documents, and evaluation notes.
