    Enterprise DBA for OLTP workloads: installation, backup/recovery, performance tuning, HA/DR, security hardening, capacity & documentation across Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL (as applicable).

Scope: GL, AP/AR, payroll, IFRS reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls.


Minimum Eligibility (Snapshots) ✅

  • Education: Minimum 16 years/Master’s in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Engineering roles require valid PEC; security/infra roles prefer industry certifications.
  • Experience: From 3+ years (Assistant Director/Assistant) to 10+ years (Deputy Director/Additional Director, DBA, AI), counted post-qualification.
  • Age: Mostly 25–40 years (verify per row on the portal).
  • Soft skills: Documentation, stakeholder communication, problem/incident/change management, and public-sector compliance mindset.

What You’ll Do (Role Families)

  • IT Infrastructure & Security: Run DC operations, virtualization, storage, backups & DR; secure the environment with SOC/SIEM, IAM, network security, and policy frameworks; plan capacity and lifecycle upgrades.
  • DevOps & Architecture: Build CI/CD, container orchestration, IaC, observability; design scalable, highly available architectures and document standards.
  • Software & Mobile: Deliver secure web and mobile apps, APIs, and microservices; enforce code reviews, test automation, performance profiling, and SDLC governance.
  • Database & Data: Administer OLTP databases, ensure backup/restore/HA/DR readiness, tune performance; for AI/ML, build models and pipelines, integrate with enterprise services, and align with data governance.
  • HR/Procurement/Development: Lead recruitment, PMS, training; run PPRA-compliant procurement; execute civil/electrical/mechanical works with QA/QC and full site documentation.
  • Finance: Close books, prepare IFRS-aligned statements, tax filings, audits, budgeting, and strengthen internal controls.
  • MIS & Admin: Maintain secure records, correspondence, minutes, and provide administrative support to directorates.
