Punjab Home Department Jobs 2025 – Latest MIS & IT Vacancies
The Punjab Home Department’s MIS Wing in Lahore is hiring on a contract (lump-sum) basis for 13 vacancies—Manager MIS; Database and System Administration; Software Development; Network Engineer (3); Hardware Technician; Junior Computer Operator (3); and Naib Qasid (2)—with eligibility anchored in MCS/BCS/BS/MIT or DAE (as relevant), 5–8 years’ hands-on experience for senior roles, and preferred certifications in DBA, System/Network or Cyber Security; age bands apply by post (25–40 / 28–40 / 30–40 / 32–40 years). Strong command of SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL, Linux/Windows servers, Active Directory/Exchange, virtualization, ASP.NET/C#/JavaScript/HTML/SQL, and enterprise networking (routers, switches, firewalls) is expected.

3. Eligibility & Key Requirements
✅ Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering, or Telecom for technical posts. Intermediate or Matric for support staff.
✅ Experience: 5–8 years’ hands-on experience required for senior roles; strong practical knowledge of networks, hardware, and software is essential.
✅ Certifications: DBA, System/Network Administration, or Cyber Security certifications will be given preference.
✅ Skills Required:
- IT project management
