Two key consultancy positions are being offered under this initiative — Program Director (PPS-12) and Additional Program Directors (PPS-11). These roles are central to the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of field-based reproductive health and family planning programs across Punjab.

Candidates must have relevant postgraduate qualifications in Public Health or Health Management, as well as extensive project implementation experience in public or development sectors. Prior experience with donor-funded or foreign-assisted projects is preferred.

📋 Position Details:

1️⃣ Program Director (PPS-12)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Medical Doctor with Postgraduate Degree in Public Health / Health Administration / Health Management or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in health-related project management
  • At least 2 years specifically in project leadership roles
  • Preference for candidates with family planning program experience
  • Prior work in donor-funded or foreign-assisted development projects is an advantage

2️⃣ Additional Program Director (PPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification: MBBS/MD with Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Economics, or Healthcare Management (recognized by HEC)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in health project management
  • At least 3 years of experience post-graduation
  • Hands-on involvement in family planning/reproductive health programs
  • Skills in developing operational guidelines, training materials, and managing public health teams
  • Preference for background in international or foreign-assisted projects
