About the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP)

The Punjab Family Planning Program is a specialized project implemented by the Program Management Unit (PMU) under the Health and Population Department, Government of Punjab. The program is supported by the World Bank and is designed to strengthen reproductive health services, improve awareness about family planning methods, and support women and underserved communities across the province.

Working under PFPP means contributing directly to a cause that addresses population challenges, health access inequality, and sustainable development in Pakistan. The program values inclusion, transparency, and evidence-based implementation across its operations.

The department’s headquarters are located at 5 Montgomery Road, Lahore, and it collaborates with national and international stakeholders to achieve its public health goals.

  2. Complete the application form carefully and submit it online along with the deposit slip of the prescribed application fee.
  3. Send the printed application form, a copy of your CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photos to the NTS office address provided in the form.
  4. Payment of application fee can be made via 1Link IBill, ATMs, internet/mobile banking, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or TCS Express Counters.

Important Instructions for Applicants

βœ… Eligibility Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in relevant fields from HEC-recognized universities.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with development project or foreign-funded project experience.

  • Positions are project-based and non-transferable.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
  • Minimum 50% marks in the NTS test are required to qualify.
  • Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
  • Applications received after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  • Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through the proper channel.
