The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is seeking a seasoned leader to guide its province-wide education programs as Director – Program Implementation, a full-time contract role that starts at ₨ 392,500 per month. Candidates must be 50 years of age or under and hold at least 16 years of accredited study in social sciences, business, education, or humanities, backed by a decade of hands-on experience running large-scale development initiatives. The successful hire will sharpen strategy for the Foundation Assisted Schools, Education Voucher Scheme, and New School Program, rally cross-functional teams, and use data to extend free, high-quality schooling to underserved communities across Punjab.
The successful candidate will drive strategy, mentor cross-functional teams, engage donors and government partners, and turn data into decisions that uplift under-served communities. 📚 Qualification & Experience Requirements

- Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong leadership, policy design, planning, and execution skills relevant to each function.
