What you’ll do (high-impact responsibilities)

Director/Deputy Directors (Audit, Registration, Enforcement, Admin & Finance, IT)

  • Build and run transparent systems for charity registration, enforcement, audit, and public service delivery.
  • Lead financial and compliance audits; draft actionable reports; track corrective actions with clear timelines.
  • Manage budgets, procurements (as per rules), HR & payroll, and implement IT controls (backups, permissions, logs).
  • Prepare SOPs, citizen-facing guides, dashboards, and periodic performance summaries for senior management.
  • Represent PCC with line departments, donors, and stakeholders; ensure courteous service and timely responses.

PSO & Research/Documentation/IT Support

  • Maintain calendars, briefs, minutes, and correspondence; produce clean drafts with accurate citations.
  • Capture and organize records—registrations, licenses, inspections, audit trails—so retrieval is instant.
  • Standardize templates, keep the electronic filing tidy, and help teams use e-office efficiently.

Drivers

  • Ensure safe, punctual travel for official duties; logbooks, fuel slips, and pre-trip checks; keep vehicles clean and road-worthy.
