Individual Consultant Positions – National Health Support Program (NHSP), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab (2025)
The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab, is seeking two individual consultants for its World Bank–financed National Health Support Program in Lahore: a Procurement Specialist (PPS-9) and a Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10). The Procurement Specialist must hold a Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university and bring eight years of experience procuring goods, works and services under World Bank or similar international guidelines—credentials such as CIPS, CSCP or PMP are a plus. The Financial Management Specialist should possess an ACCA, ACMA, ACA, CPA certification or a Master’s in Finance, complemented by eight years of budgeting, reporting and audit work on public or donor-funded projects—or be a civil service finance officer with at least seven years of government financial management experience.
